Please carefully read the following terms and conditions regarding your child’s participation in a program offered by Chaos Summer Camps Ltd. By completing the registration process and allowing your child to attend the camp, you agree to the following terms:

Participant Safety and Conduct:

• You acknowledge that participation in the Chaos Summer Camps Ltd. involves physical activity and inherent risks. You understand that all participants must follow safety guidelines and behave responsibly during camp activities.
• You agree to notify the camp staff of any medical conditions, allergies, or medications required for your child’s safety. You authorize camp staff to seek emergency medical treatment if necessary.
• You understand that the camp reserves the right to dismiss a participant whose behavior poses a threat to the safety and well-being of themselves or others. No refunds will be provided in such cases.

Camp Schedule and Changes:

• You acknowledge that the camp schedule, including dates, times, and locations, is subject to change. The camp will provide reasonable notice of any changes.
• You understand that the camp may need to cancel or reschedule sessions due to unforeseen circumstances or factors beyond their control. In such cases, the camp will make efforts to offer alternative options or provide refunds for affected sessions.

Parental Responsibility:

• You agree to ensure that your child is picked up on time following camp activities. Failure to pick up your child promptly may result in additional charges or dismissal from the program.
  1. Late to pick up your child
     Longer than 15 minutes, with no notification,
     • $40 surcharge, payable in cash, upon arrival for the following day of the program.
  2. Longer than 30 minutes, with no notification,
     • Dismissal from the remainder of the program without refund..
• You understand that it is your responsibility to provide any necessary equipment, as specified by the camp.

Media Consent Policy:

• You grant the camp permission to use photographs, videos, or other media taken during camp activities for promotional purposes, including but not limited to the camp’s website, social media, and marketing materials.
• If you do not wish for your child’s image to be used, you must notify the camp in writing before the start of the program.

Liability and Indemnification:

• You acknowledge that the camp, its staff, and affiliated sponsors, or organizations will not be held liable for any injuries, accidents, or loss of personal property that may occur during the Chaos Summer Camps.
• You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the camp, its staff, and affiliated organizations from any claims, damages, liabilities, or expenses arising from your child’s participation in the camp.

Refund and Cancellation Policy:

• Requests for refunds must be submitted in writing before the specified deadline (scheduled start of day 1 of the camp) as outlined in the camp’cancellation policy. Refunds will be subject to administrative fees of 25%.
• No refunds will be provided for cancellations or withdrawals made after the specified deadline, except for documented medical reasons.
