Every sprint, cut, jump, landing, and first step starts with the body’s ability to hold strong positions. When that foundation is weak, kids leak power. When it improves, movement starts to look cleaner, sharper, and more confident.

Why This Matters
Children are constantly sprinting, stopping, jumping, landing, twisting, reaching, and changing direction. But most young athletes are never taught how to prepare their bodies for those movements.
They are told to run faster.
They are told to try harder.
They are told to be more aggressive.
But they are rarely given a simple tool that helps them feel what stronger movement actually means.
Why Mini-Bands Help
Mini-bands create gentle resistance that makes movement more honest. If the knees collapse, the band shows it. If the hips switch off, the band exposes it. If the feet get lazy, the movement breaks down.
That feedback is the value.
The band does not do the work for the child. It teaches the child where the work is.
