We stand behind our gear and want every customer experience to reflect the trust and integrity that define our brand. This policy sets out clear, fair terms for returns and exchanges while protecting our business and community from misuse.
Eligibility for Return or Exchange
Requests must be made within 14 days of delivery.
Items must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and returned in their original condition with tags/labels attached.
Exchanges will be offered one time per item/order, provided stock is available.
We accept returns or exchanges only for:
Manufacturing defects (e.g., faulty stitching, broken zippers, print error)
Incorrect item shipped (e.g., wrong size, color, or product)
What We Cannot Accept
Returns based on change of mind after item has been worn or used
Requests for refund/exchange on items showing signs of use, washing, or modification
Multiple return/exchange requests on the same item
Claims that appear, at our sole discretion, intended to obtain free or discounted products through dishonest means

Additional Notes
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was defective or incorrect.
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method once the item is received and inspected.
