Cancellation Policy

We greatly appreciate your interest in our program. Before completing the cancellation form, if there’s anything we could do to support you/your family, please contact us at info@chaoscamps.ca.

It’s not our goal, but we reserve the right to change or update our cancellation rules at any time.

Please note:

that failure to attend the camp without prior notification will not entitle you to a refund.
By registering for the camp, you acknowledged that you have read, understood, and agreed to the refund policy outlined below

In this policy below you will find information pertaining to issues regarding cancellations or requests for semi-/full-refunds.

Note Regarding Pre-Registration Deposits:

1. Completion of Registration

Registration is considered complete only when both of the following conditions are met:

Full Payment: The total camp fees have been paid in full.
Required Documentation: All necessary registration forms and documentation have been accurately completed and submitted.

2. Pre-Registration Deposits

Please note that pre-registration deposits might only be partially refundable as they follow the refund schedule below. By submitting a deposit, you acknowledge and agree to this condition.

3. Cancellation/Refund Eligibility:

A. Cancellation Fee Schedule

Month	Cancellation Fee (per 1 child, per 1 camp week)
January, February, March	$0 per cancellation
April, May, June	25% per cancellation, or 100% credit for summer 2027
June	50% per cancellation, or 100% credit for summer 2027
July, August	No refunds, but 100% credit for summer 2027

B. Full Refunds

1. Prior to 48 hours before start of camp
2. Within 48 hours before start of camp
  1. Medical (with note)
    1. 100% credit for following year or later period in 2026 summer camp season
  2. Non-medical
    1. No refunds nor credits will be approved

C. Partial refunds

1. After the start of the 3rd camp day
  - No partial refunds will be issued, medical or otherwise
2. Prior to start of 3rd camp day
  - Medical
    1. Must have official documentation of a physical limitation from a doctor.

4. Cancellation Requests:

A. Cancellation form

1. Cancellations will only be considered when this cancellation form is submitted.

5. Refund Timeline:

A. Cancellation requested prior to July 1, 2026

1. Within 14 days of approval via either:

- Reversal of payment to method used to complete payment
- E-transfer to email address on record.

2. Cancellation requested on/after July 1, 2026

- After September 1, 2026, but before October 1, 2026
