This team merchandise order is offered and administered solely by CHAOS Summer Camps Ltd. as a convenience for families connected with Carleton Place Soccer Club.

Carleton Place Soccer Club is not the seller, supplier, distributor, payment recipient, warranty provider, refund provider, exchange provider, or order administrator for these items. All questions about ordering, payment, pickup, sizing, refunds, exchanges, product concerns, or customer service must be directed to CHAOS Summer Camps Ltd.

Purchasing this gear is completely optional. No player is required to purchase a backpack, tracksuit, or merchandise package in order to participate with Carleton Place Soccer Club, attend training, play games, remain in good standing, or be included with their team.

Because these are team-order items, refunds, cancellations, size changes, or exchanges may not be available once the order is placed with the supplier. Please review all sizing, initials, and item selections carefully before purchasing.

• The zipper can become a weak point if the bag is overloaded, forced closed, pulled aggressively, yanked, dragged, stepped on, thrown, or used in a way that places excessive strain on the zipper or seams.
• Zipper damage caused by misuse, overloading, excessive force, rough handling, or normal wear and tear is not considered an arrival-condition defect and will not automatically qualify for a refund, exchange, or replacement.
• Families are expected to inspect the bag within 48 hours of receiving it.
• Any unused, arrival-condition issue must be reported to CHAOS Summer Camps Ltd. within that window with clear photos.

By purchasing this item, I acknowledge that I have read and understood the backpack-use expectations. I understand that zipper failure caused by overloading, forcing the zipper closed, pulling/yanking, rough handling, dragging, throwing, or normal wear and tear is not considered a product defect and will not automatically qualify for a refund, exchange, or replacement.
