Important Order Terms

This team merchandise order is offered and administered solely by CHAOS Summer Camps Ltd. as a convenience for families connected with Carleton Place Soccer Club.

Carleton Place Soccer Club is not the seller, supplier, distributor, payment recipient, warranty provider, refund provider, exchange provider, or order administrator for these items. All questions about ordering, payment, pickup, sizing, refunds, exchanges, product concerns, or customer service must be directed to CHAOS Summer Camps Ltd.

Purchasing this gear is completely optional. No player is required to purchase a backpack, tracksuit, or merchandise package in order to participate with Carleton Place Soccer Club, attend training, play games, remain in good standing, or be included with their team.

Because these are team-order items, refunds, cancellations, size changes, or exchanges may not be available once the order is placed with the supplier. Please review all sizing, initials, and item selections carefully before purchasing.

All tracksuit orders must be submitted before May 11, 2026.

• This team tracksuit is offered as an optional team-order item for families connected with Carleton Place Soccer Club.
• Each tracksuit includes initials monogrammed on the right chest.
• In the “order details” at checkout please note the initial to be placed on each respective tracksuit.
• Families are responsible for checking spelling, sizing, and initials before submitting the order.
• This item includes customization, and therefore is final sale once ordered. Refunds or exchanges will not be provided for incorrect size selection, incorrect initials submitted by the customer, change of mind, accidental duplicate orders, or sizing preference after the order has been placed with the supplier.
• Families are expected to inspect the tracksuit within 48 hours of pickup. Any unused, arrival-condition issue must be reported to CHAOS Summer Camps Ltd. within that window with clear photos.

By purchasing this item, I understand that this is a customized team-order product. I am responsible for selecting the correct size and entering the correct initials. I understand that customized items may be final sale once ordered and that refunds or exchanges will not be provided for incorrect sizing, change of mind, duplicate orders, or customer-submitted monogram errors.
