We greatly appreciate your interest in our program. Before completing the cancellation form, if there’s anything we could do to support you/your family, please contact us at info@chaoscamps.ca.

It’s not our goal, but we reserve the right to change or update our cancellation rules at any time.

Please note that failure to attend the camp without prior notification will not entitle you to a refund. By registering for the camp, you acknowledged that you have read, understood, and agreed to the refund policy outlined below: If you have any questions or need further clarification, please contact our camp administration info@chaoscamps.ca.

In this policy below you will find information pertaining to issues regarding cancellations or requests for semi-/full-refunds.

Note Regarding Pre-Registration Deposits:

1. Completion of Registration

Registration is considered complete only when both of the following conditions are met:

  • Full Payment: The total camp fees have been paid in full.
  • Required Documentation: All necessary registration forms and documentation have been accurately completed and submitted.

2. Pre-Registration Deposits

Please note that pre-registration deposits are non-refundable. By submitting a deposit, you acknowledge and agree to this condition.

Cancellation/Refund Eligibility:

1. Cancellation Fee Schedule

No refunds, but a credit for next year (summer 2025) for the balance of the camp minus a 50% administrative fee

2. Full Refunds

  1. Prior to 48 hours before start of camp

    1. Cancellation Fee Schedule

  2. Within 48s before start of camp

    1. Medical

      1. Credit for following year, for 1 week of camp, for balance minus 50% administrative fee
      2. Medical documentation for physical limitations is required.
    2. Non-medical

      1. No refunds nor credits will be approved whatsoever

3. Partial refunds

  1. After the start of the 3rd camp day

    1. No partial refunds will be issued
  2. Prior to start of 3rd camp day

    1. Non-medical

      1. Are only available if requested prior to the start of the 3rd camp day. Cancellations made prior to the scheduled beginning of the first day of camp are eligible for a refund.
    2. Medical 

      1. Must have official documentation of a physical limitation from a doctor.
      2. If a camper misses more than 2 consecutive days, a partial refund will be considered based on a case-by-case basis.

Cancellation Requests:

  1. Cancellations will only be considered when this cancellation form is submitted.

Refund Timeline:

1. Cancellation requested prior to July 1, 2025

  1. Within 14 days of approval via e-transfer to the email address on record.

2. Cancellation requested on/after July 1, 2025

  1. After September 1, 2025, but before October 1, 2025
