At Chaos Summer Camps Ltd., we value capturing and sharing the memorable moments and experiences of our campers. Please read the following comprehensive media consent policy that covers various modes of social media:

  • Consent for Media Use :
  • By enrolling your child in our camp, you grant permission for Chaos Summer Camps Ltd. to capture, record, and use photographs, videos, audio recordings, and any other form of media during camp activities.
  • This includes, but is not limited to, use on the camp’s website, social media platforms (including, but not limited to, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, YouTube, TikTok), promotional materials, brochures, advertisements, and other marketing efforts.
  • Confidentiality and Privacy :
  • Chaos Summer Camps Ltd. is committed to maintaining the privacy and confidentiality of all campers and their families. We will not disclose personal information (such as full names or addresses) without explicit consent.
  • Opt-Out Option :
  • If you do not wish to have your child’s image or likeness used in media, please notify Chaos Summer Camps Ltd. in writing prior to the start of the camp session.
  • Please understand that while we will make efforts to exclude your child from media, we cannot guarantee that accidental inclusion may not occur in large group shots or incidental capture but will make all reasonable efforts to honour your preference.
  • Limited Control over Shared Media :
  • Chaos Summer Camps Ltd. cannot control or be held responsible for the sharing or re-sharing of media by individuals or third parties once it has been posted on social media platforms or shared through other channels.
  • Withdrawal of Consent :
  • You have the right to withdraw your consent for media use at any time by providing written notice via email to Chaos Summer Camps Ltd.
  • Please note that withdrawal of consent does not apply to media captured and used prior to the withdrawal request.
  • Withdrawal of Consent :

By enrolling your child in our camp, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the terms of our media consent policy.
